At The Joanna's Cuties, we always do our best to serve our loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
- All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
- Insufficient addresses are not eligible for a refund, please make sure the address provided is correct, orders are eligible for re-shipment or a store credit, and are subject to restocking shipping fee.
- All returns must be made within 14 days of the date that we ship out your order for FULL REFUND or within 30 days for STORE CREDIT.
- All items received after 14 days of the date we ship out your order can be returned for STORE CREDIT only.
- STORE CREDIT is issued in the form of a GIFT CARD CODE sent via email provided at checkout.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price or with a sale code is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn with original packing and tags intact.
- Any defected items must be in original unwashed and unworn condition with tags in order to be accepted for a refund / exchange, all other conditions should be directed to the product manufacturer.
- Include your return form and original receipt.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping fees.
- Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our store.
- All GIFT CARDS are final sale and are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
We are offering exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE if available! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges apply. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a STORE CREDIT or REFUND depend of your date of purchase. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

- Holiday items cannot be returned or exchanged after holidays.
